2013 Fee Schedule1. BUILDING FEESIn addition to the fees below, all building and construction permits will include a $4.00 administrative and enforcement fee. Eliminate the mess and confusion at your house - Menlo Aquatics Center is available. Includes pool pass for 50 guests for a three hour time period time period. Pool is limited to 2 parties a day. 12 pm - 3 pm, 4 pm - 7 pm. Reservations can be made starting May 5, 2008 at Menlo Aquatics Center. Availability varies. Private Parties Menlo Aquatics Center is available for private rental (after hours) beginning May 31, 2008 - September 1, 2008 to individuals , clubs, organizations, etc. for graduation parties, birthday parties, family reunions, company picnics, etc. Includes pool passes for all guests, staff, and picnic tables. One large pool is available for private parties. Bring your own refreshments, the Snack Bar will not be open. Private parties are limited to Friday and Saturday nights from 8:00 - 11:00 pm.
