2010 Public Bid NoticesNOTICE TO BIDDERSThere has been an addendum to this bid document. Please contact the Borough for a copy if you have not received it. The addendum has moved back the bid due date and opening date and time, along with other clarifications and changes to the original document.Sealed proposals Perkasie Borough Bid Proposal #2010-5 will be received by the Borough of Perkasie at the Borough Office, 620 West Chestnut Street, Perkasie, Pennsylvania, until Thursday, August 5 for Residential Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Collection, Transportation, and Disposal for the Borough of Perkasie. All bids received will be opened and read aloud at a meeting to be held on Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 11:00AM at the above address. We strongly encourage bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting on July 15, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not mandatory; however it is recommended that all bidders attend this meeting. Proposals documents (Perkasie Borough Proposal No. #2010-5) can be secured at the Borough Office. All proposals shall be made in duplicate on these regular forms and shall be sealed, properly identified, and in the hands of the Borough Manager on or before the time specified. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total contract shall accompany each bid. The Borough hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any items therein, and to waive any informality in bids received.
