Membership passes will be on sale during hours of operation at the Aquatics Center only.
Make sure to leave adequate time for purchasing memberships. Pictures and ID's will be issued at this time.

- Indicate type of membership and enter the remittance enclosed.
- Print complete mailing address.
- Print first and last names of all applicants beginning in space NO.1. If the last name is the same for all applicants, you need to only print it in space NO.1 with the first names in the remaining spaces. List ages for all applicants.
- Proof of age must accompany new applications for children under 18 years of age.
- "Signature of applicant" line must be signed by a parent or guardian.
- Emergency contact name and telephone number must be on all applications.
- Membership passes may be picked up at Menlo Aquatics Center.
- Photos must be taken of all pool members, the day the membership is purchased.
Conditions of Sale
- All sales of season memberships and program registration fees are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
- Membership passes issued are absolutely not transferable, and are subject to confiscation, without refund, if used by a person other than to whom issued.
- Purchaser shall acknowledge that he is to be true and correct.
- All provisions of Ordinance No. 318, dated March 9, 1964, as amended are incorporated into these conditions of sale and are available at the Borough office.
- Children age 10 and under must be accompanied by a responsible person 16 years or older.
- I accept the "Conditions of Sale" and "Pool Rules" certifies the information entered upon the membership application.
- Admission to the pool requires that each member show a membership and/or ID or a purchase of a daily pass.
- Membership passes are not valid during special events | swim lessons, some classes, theme parties, and movies.
- Menlo Aquatics Center will close early for six days to accommodate the Pennridge Gators Swim Meet. Dates and times | All pools close at 4:00 PM on June 26, July 8, 15, 22, 28
- Menlo Aquatics Center reserves the rights to close any or all pools, slides, and features at any time deemed fit by the Aquatics Manager.
- Temporary membership passes will not be issued or accepted.
- Replacement charge for lost pool passes $5.00 each per patron.
- Replacement swim bands $1.00 each per patron.
- Signs will be posted at Menlo Aquatics Center of changes and updates to the Center. It is the member's responsibility to ensure they have read all rules and regulations and all updated signs posted.
Membership Information
Residents are those who have electric service with the Borough of Perkasie. All members of a family living in Perkasie must reside in home for at least twelve months year round. Proof of ID will be required to purchase Aquatic Center memberships for all family members. Family membership includes two adults and all dependent children less than eighteen years of age living in the same household.

No refunds will be awarded for swim lessons. Please check your plans prior to registering. Due to limited space all aquatic programs are operated on a first come first serve basis. Child to instructor ratio 1:5. Lessons will be cancelled due to inclement weather.
Menlo Aquatics Center takes cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Sorry no personal checks.
All classes are held Monday through Friday. Swim Lesson Registration at Menlo Aquatic Center on: May 12 - 15, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, and May 19 - 22, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Once the pool is open you may register during pool hours of operation.

Pirates Water Polo Club | June 23 - August 4, 2008
Water Polo is a fast paced exciting sport. It can be described as a combination of basketball, soccer, and wrestling played in the pool. This league offers an excellent opportunity for new players to try the game or for experienced players to improve their skills. Registration: We will be holding registration on Friday, June 6, 2008 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday, June 7, 2008 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm held at Menlo Aquatics Center: 425 Arthur Avenue, Perkasie PA.

During Hours Party
Are you thinking of throwing a party, but the idea of cleaning up afterwards is overwhelming? Eliminate the mess and confusion at your house - Menlo Aquatics Center is available. Includes pool pass for 50 guests for a three hour time period time period. Pool is limited to 2 parties a day. 12 pm - 3 pm, 4 pm - 7 pm. Reservations can be made starting May 5, 2008 at Menlo Aquatics Center. Availability varies.

Private Parties
Menlo Aquatics Center is available for private rental (after hours) beginning May 31, 2008 - September 1, 2008 to individuals , clubs, organizations, etc. for graduation parties, birthday parties, family reunions, company picnics, etc. Includes pool passes for all guests, staff, and picnic tables. One large pool is available for private parties. Bring your own refreshments, the Snack Bar will not be open. Private parties are limited to Friday and Saturday nights from 8:00 - 11:00 pm. Flick 'n' Float
When | Starting Sunday June, 29 - August 24, 2008 (no July 6 and July 13) Every Sunday at sundown (8:00 - 8:45 pm) Where | At the competition pool The pool will open to float in and watch the movie. Lawn furniture will be available. All other pools will be closed for Recreation Swim. Seats are first come first serve. Please no saving. Movies will be appropriate for all ages. Movies will be cancelled due to inclement weather. Menlo Aquatics Center reserves the rights to change movies at their discretion.

Red Cross Certified Life Guarding Course
American Red Cross training makes learning fun and easy. Through classroom learning and hands-on practice you will learn surveillance skills to help you recognize and prevent injuries, rescue skills (in the water and on land), first aid training and professional rescuer CPR (to help you prepare for any emergency), and professional lifeguard responsibilities (interacting with the public and addressing uncooperative patrons).

American Red Cross Guard Start
Life Guarding Tomorrow is designed to prepare 11 to 14 years old to take Red Cross Life Guarding certification programs and for future work as lifeguards. the Guard Start program helps participants build a foundation of knowledge, attitudes, and skills that they will need to be responsible lifeguards. Lessons are grouped into five main areas: prevention, fitness, response, leadership, and professionalism.

CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
Teaches students to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants, to use an AED on an adult or child victim of cardiac arrest, and to use personal protective equipment to stop blood borne pathogens and other diseases from spreading. To teach those with a duty to act (professional rescuers) the skills needed to respond appropriately to breathing and cardiac emergencies. This includes the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) to care for a victim of cardiac arrest. 8 hour course. You must attend all days to receive certification. Cost | $85.00

O'Donnel Diving and Adapted SCUBA Class
The time is now...been thinking of getting certified to dive, but just haven't had the time? Now there is an easy way to slap on some fins, strap on a mask, and experience an intense adventure. The PADI Open Water Diver program is right in your townships back yard. This six night program is very flexible and very covenant. Getting certified has never been easier. Class and pool work are conducted at the Menlo Aquatics Center, so its one stop learning. Sign up now for the adventure of a lifetime. After completion of the program you can arrange with the dive operator the certification dives.
