Property Tax Rates

The Perkasie Borough property tax rate is 9.25 mills (4.75 mills for the Borough, 1.50 mills for the Fire Company and 3.0 mills for the road improvement program).

The Bucks County property tax rate is 24.45000 mills.

The Pennridge School District property tax rate is 135.2555 mills. The Local Services Tax is $52 a year. Real Estate Transfer Tax is 2% (the Borough receives .5%, the school district receives .5%, and the State receives 1%).

The Local Services Tax is $52 a year. The Borough receives $47 and the school district receives $5.

The Real Estate Transfer Tax is 1.5% (the Borough receives .5% and the State receives 1%).
