Power Supply Master Plan

In June 2012, Borough Council, by unanimous vote, adopted its first power supply master plan. The plan is a guideline for determining how power purchases are made. The Power Supply Master Plan helps the Borough reduce costs by planning well in advance and allows the Borough to average the purchase costs to avoid high market rates.
