Resolutions

This page lists resolutions passed by Borough Council in 2023.

A resolution is a formal declaration of Perkasie Borough Council. A draft resolution may be introduced and adopted by Perkasie Borough Council at the same meeting. A resolution remains in effect until rescinded or replaced by a subsequent resolution on the same subject.

Some resolutions refer to a supporting contract or other documentation.  Members of the public wishing to see any supporting documentation may contact admin@perkasieborough.org to request a copy.  You may also review the list of resolutions that was passed in 2022, and may contact admin@perkasieborough.org to request a copy of those resolutions or the supporting documentation for them.
