Residency Information
A Perkasie Borough resident, for registration purposes, is anyone who lives within the boundaries of Perkasie Borough and pays electric through Perkasie Borough. Resident are required to send proof of residency please see notes below.
Any person residing outside these limits will be considered a non-resident (NR) and assessed a fee accordingly.
- If you are a resident of Perkasie Borough you will need to submit proof of residency prior to registering for any activities.
- When creating your account on our registration site please submit a copy of your most recent electric bill with Perkasie Borough that shows your name and address of the account.
- If you already have an account that needs to be updated select Overview, View My Account, and View/Add Proof of Residency.
- Please allow us up to two business days to change and approve your resident account once proof of residency has been sent. You will receive an email notification from PerkasieRec stating your account has been updated.
- Refunds for the difference between resident and non-resident prices will be not issued.
Family Membership Information
A family is any adults and dependent children aged 18 and younger that reside in the same household year around. If found to be falsified the membership will be forfeited with no refunds. All memberships and households will be reviewed over the course of the season and members may be required to show proof of residency.
Refund, Transfer, or Cancellation Information
Perkasie Borough does not offer refunds for registrations, events, programs and or activities through Parks and Recreation and this applies to Menlo Aquatics Center memberships.

Payment Plans Available!
Payment plans are available for all memberships and break down your fee equally based upon the payment plan you select.
- 6 Month payment plans available until December 31, 2025
- 5 Month payment plans available January 1- January 31
- 4 Month payment plans available February 1 - February 28
- 3 Month payment plans available March 1 - March 31
- 2 Month payment plans available April 1 - April 30
- Starting June 1st all memberships must be paid in full for the current season.
How To Register
Online:
- Visit our registration website
- From there you can log in or create a new account. New accounts are automatically listed as a Non-Resident. If you reside in the Borough, please submit a copy of your most recently electric bill with Perkasie Borough on your account under Residency Documents for review.
- Returning members please use your existing account. If you have difficulty logging in, please reach out to menloaquatics@perkasieborough.org for assistance.
- When creating a new account or using an existing account please be sure your email address is up to date and accurate. Be sure to turn on notifications for both general news and cancellations. Menlo Management uses email notifications to let you know of upcoming events and to provide you with information and alerts related to the facility.
In-Person:
- Please fill out the 2026 membership application found on our registration website and submit it to Perkasie Borough Hall with payment. Please note if you are a new member, you will not be able to receive a physical ID membership tag at this time.
- Perkasie Borough Hall is located at 620 W Chestnut Street, Perkasie and is open Monday-Friday from 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm.
- To receive the 2026 Membership at the 2025 rate your registration form must be received before 4:00pm on Monday, December 29, 2025.
