Notice is hereby given that the Perkasie Borough Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Perkasie Borough Municipal Building located at 620 West Chestnut Street, Perkasie, Pennsylvania 18944. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider, and if appropriate, adopt an Ordinance which is summarized as follows:
The Ordinance would amend the provisions of Chapter 180 of the Perkasie Borough Code related to parking regulations by providing that the fine for parking violations will be determined based upon the fee schedule established, from time to time, by the Perkasie Borough Council.
