NOTICE: Road Work to Begin on July 30, 2026

On Thursday, July 30^th and Friday, July 31^st, PennDOT will perform tar and chip work on Fifth Street, between Blooming Glen Road and Market Street, and on Market Street, between 7^th Street and Ridge Road. 

The contractor will put up No Parking Signs in these locations on Wednesday, July 29^th. 

On Monday, August 3^rd, PennDOT’s contractor will go through and sweep these streets, then will come back in 2 weeks to do fog sealing to cover up the loose stones.

All work is weather dependent and is being performed by PennDOT.
